How to answer calls with AssistiveTouch's Hold & Drag action
When you iOS device is locked, answering calls requires sliding the call button. This guide shows how to use AssistiveTouch's Hold & Drag action to slide the call button.
1. Turn on AssistiveTouch.
2. Select Customize Top Level menu, and add the Hold and Drag action.
3. To answer a call, select Hold & Drag in the AssistiveTouch menu, then click on the phone button and drag it to the right. Click to release the button.
Tips
While Hold & Drag is an effective way to answer calls when the device is locked, there are other ways:
- Emulate a swipe gesture using a custom action.
- Use Siri to accept or reject the call.
